Weekly cashback is calculated based on your net losses for the week. Cashback bonuses are generally withdrawable directly with no wagering requirement, though terms may vary by specific offer. Refund offers typically carry a 1x wagering requirement.

The following rules apply when placing bets on herkulbet:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled unless herkulbet itself provides that option.
• Odds in live betting can change rapidly. The odds at the time your bet is confirmed will be the ones that apply.
• If a match or event is cancelled, the stake for that bet will be refunded.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, herkulbet reserves the right to void the affected bet.
• If one leg of an accumulator bet is voided, it will be removed and the remaining legs will be settled accordingly.
• Maximum bet limits vary by game and event. If a limit is exceeded, herkulbet reserves the right to reject or adjust the bet.

In Sports Betting, once a match has kicked off, the result at the end of regular time generally applies under all circumstances — including injury time, extra time, and penalty shootouts — unless stated otherwise. herkulbet follows internationally recognised betting rules across all major sports, including cricket, football, and tennis.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on herkulbet and may result in account closure and balance forfeiture:

• Opening or operating an account as a minor.
• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Registering using another person's identity.
• Abusing bonuses — such as repeatedly attempting to claim the same bonus.
• Placing bets using match-fixing arrangements or insider information.
• Placing bets using automated software, bots, or scripts.

Herkulbet may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

• If the information provided does not match during KYC verification.
• If suspicious financial activity is detected.

• If a member submits a request to close their own account.
• If the account has been inactive for an extended period.

If an account is closed with a remaining balance and no rules have been violated, the funds will be returned after verification. Bonus balances are non-refundable.
